A Go Back To Bondage (No! Not That Type Of Bondage)
Big Grin
"The average age of the world's greatest people has been two hundred years. These nations have developed through this sequence: From bondage to spiritual faith; from spiritual faith to great courage; from bravery to liberty; from independence to abundance; from abundance to selfishness; from selfishness to complacency; from complacency to apathy; from apathy to dependence; from dependency back again into bondage." --Sir Alex Fraser Tyler (1742-1813) Scottish jurist and historian

This offer really affected me and I needed to share it with you. Are we condemned to continue this progression? Where are we in the act, and if this is the actual development of great civilizations?

As a community, it seems we have shift past bondage and religious faith as concepts that determine us, and I hazard to express that we have also moved past courage and liberty though politicians still like us to suggest we're in the middle of it, despite some wanting to take away our civil rights (NSA wiretapping?).

Demonstrably, we were once an abundant country and if the recent reports on our country's obesity epidemic are an indication, we're at minimum actually very abundant still.

My concern is that the masses have moved into complacency and selfishness, and really approaching, if not already fully on board with, apathy. How else have our links started to fall? How else have our civil rights started to erode substantially? How else have we allowed New Orleans, an town, to become scarier when compared to a third world country, completely abandoned and forgotten just couple of years later?

We're already dependent. We outsource all of our jobs to India and China so that we can have cheap foreign labor. We build cars in Mexico for exactly the same cause. Our trucking market is apparently heading up to Mexican companies.

With all the hubbub about illegal immigrants, it appears we're seeing all of the jobs that used to be good, middle/working class jobs which used to provide for a a living wage, health insurance, the capacity to buy a house and two cars, put the kids through college, and have a pension for retirement. . This wonderful penis masturbators URL has varied disturbing suggestions for the inner workings of it. . Browse here at the link vibrating pocket pussy to discover why to engage in it. We would like those jobs to be done someplace else for a fraction of the cost and with no safety or environmental constraints.

And if that wasn't enough dependence, what about that dependence on foreign oil? To quote my children all through long road journeys, "Are we there yet?" Are we on borrowed time so far as the imminent return to bondage is worried? We've reviewed the 200 years by 31 years now. China? I'm considering you.

Phew! Boy. . Click here vibrating pocket pussy to study the reason for this concept. . Have a deep breath. What does this do for your requirements to consider we're living on borrowed time? Who out there is raging mad in what I've just written? How can you reframe it to share with me where I am wrong? And who out there agrees and thinks I've perhaps not taken it far enough? I'm trying to stick at you all here. Poke me back..
